Cool art for a childs room

Does anyone here do artwork for a young childs room? There is nothing suitable in retail stores that carry any type of home decorations. I'd like to redo my granddaughters bedroom and cannot find any artwork with horses and ponies for a child. Chloe is 3 going on 30, takes her horses very seriously and has a great imagination, she tells us about riding in the desert and riding wild mustangs and we live in North Carolina, not a lot of either of those here. She recently started in Little Buckaroo rodeo, barrels and polebending. She has long curly red hair and has a black shetland/welsh cross pony named Voodoo Star, barely a white star under her forelock.
Any ideas for a couple of maybe11x14 oil, acrylic or other color medium prints?
Please let me know if you have any ideas or kid friendly artwork already available and some estimate or price range.
Thanks for your time and ideas.

Thelwell has some awesome boarders that depict shetland ponies and their riders! I got confused at the "3 going on 30" Part...So I don't know what your looking for so...

Stuff like this...

Cross Country- The act of hurling yourself and your equine partner at a stationary object with poise and grace while attempting to survive...

art for childs room

Thankyou for the link to Thelwell's. I hadn't seen his work in a longtime. I do like it but it's a bit more cartoonish than I had in mind.
The 3 going on 30 just meant sometimes she thinks and acts like she's grown. She takes horses and riding so seriously at times.
Maybe I should just have someone paint from photos of her and her pony? Would need some improvising on the background though to make an attractive print.

I'm going to visit one of my friends next week, who is an artist and a horse lover.

I'm not sure if she could do anything appropriate for a child's room, as her work is usually more 'adult', but I will ask her about it.

Here is her website, so you can get a feel for her style -- Christa Rosenkranz & Ckranz Studios
She doesn't have any of my personal favorite works of hers, on there though :\ Just a small sampling.
Under 'Art and Illustrations', those two horse paintings are actually large murals that she did for the equestrian camp we used to work at. They were wanting a more 'cartoon' than realistic style. She also did another larger mural, for them, of a herd of horses, that was more of an 'artistic' style and was amazing!
I think she could do some nice 'fairy tale' feeling pieces that would be great for a little girl's room.

I'm not sure if you're comfortable posting pictures of your daughter here, but if you wanted to pm me a couple pictures of your daughter's horse, or whatever you were thinking you might want painted, and I'll show them to my friend :)

Why not take professional photos of your daughter and her pony and write inspirational yet witty sayings on one wall of her room. Maybe have another wall be an accent wall that looks like the Sahara desert with Arabian horses galloping or something.

Just be as imaginative as her, without going overboard in budget :) Something that is timeless and she won't get bored of as kiddos usually do.
