Charcoal Horse Portraits - or Pencil

I did this one tonight for a client and I can do one for you as well. Hit me for details if you are interested and have a great day.

I should have a pencil example within 2 days.

I do charge for specific commissions. I do some on occasion that I don't charge for, but time is extremely limited.

Have a great day!

PM sent.

Typically, the prices vary to what size you may want and how much detail. I can do a pic to fit almost any budget, within reason.

Thanks!

I envy your ability to get fine detail!!! I hope you don't mind me asking how you accomplish getting such fine detail with charcoal? Charcoal is the easiest and most enjoyable medium for me to work with, but I have a lot of trouble getting the finer details.
Any suggestions on how I can start to bring out the fine detail and apply it?
=)
Thanks.

The,

Keep the charcoal point sharp and make sure it isn't too soft and just crumbles.

Good luck!
