Marlea you really, really need to make sure that the images you use are not copyrighted. You need to use stock images and not just things found on google.
Cliff Wassman, who owns the background of the picture you did, does not have his works out there for people to edit. I really do not think he would be to happy to find you are "stealing" his images and recreating them.
Quoting myself from the other thread as it apparently needs to be said here as well.

It's not that they put them on google images. It's what people tag them for for people legitimately searching for images to use for commercial reasons.
Also, just because it is on google images does not mean that an image is free for you to take and use for what ever you please. There can be legal ramifications behind "stealing" some of these images.
I suggest that if you plan on creating more photoedits, I suggest signing up at places that have free use art (i.e. DiveiantArt, which has stock images for people to use) and go from there.
Trust me, artists do not like having their pictures/art/images stolen for kids to play with. Some artists will pursue it to the furthest extent of the law, and trust me, it is not something you want to be put through.
It is not just the photographers but people like me also. Most pictures I post are bought with the sipulation they are not freely used by anyone else and that I use them for personal and advertising ( my stallion) reasons alone.
I am given a special rate to agree to this condition and that is why I originally objected to the use of any of my pictures.
I have some backgrounds you could use if you wanted to.
Took them myself, I will just post the link for you and will be adding more.
(there not all backgrounds it's just random photos I took of my backyard and in Germany)
