Okay, so I'm a bit torn on what photo to use. I love the detail in his face and eyes in the first one, but unsure how the angle would look drawn. If you do that one, could you complete his ears so they aren't cut off?

The second one would be okay too, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could include the detail of his eyes from the first photo.

Look forward to your feedback and thanks again!

Awww, I love the blue eyes! I'll do the first one and fill in the ear tips. Too bad I'm no good with pastels, I'd really like to catch that color.

Thank you so much! His name is Raskal and he has feline asthma. He receives inhaled medication twice daily, every day, through a special chamber called the AeroKat. He's a very special boy and we have an incredibly close bond. If soul mates exist, he is mine. Thank you for taking time out of your day to draw him for me. I am forever grateful.

It is beautiful, thank you!! I've had friends express interest in having you draw photos of their horses, so I'm sure you will have more commissions soon ;) I'm also thinking of having a photo drawn for a friend as a Christmas gift, though I can't afford 4 at the moment. I will send you my email for the paypal request for the 3 though. Thanks again!!

Great, Clydesdalelover, would you like the riders face in it? I'm willing to give it a go, but I'm not sure whether the face will look right or not!

Beautiful drawings! So much talent WhyAHorseOfCourse, how did you learn to draw like that?

Thanks, faiza It's mostly been trial and error, I haven't taken any art classes yet. Of course, I think some of it is put there in certain people for a reason, that is, I can't take all the credit for myself
I did find studying other people's art, as well as reading about how light affects objects, to be helpful.
