4-H Barn project

I have a barn project that we are doing with 4-H. We have to pick the land and completely design our own barn, but not go too too outrageously expensive! We have to have it completely ready for horses to be put in it including shavings manure removal etc.

So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas, like watering systems and absolute favorite thing you have! Thanks!
