I think the owner of our stable may think I'm a crazy boarder...I "steal" shavings according to her. But nobody cleans the horses stalls all weekend (they have people who get $$ off their board to feed/clean/turnout on weekends so the stable guy can have time off but they usually only throw feed at the horses and leave) so Cinny's hooves get GROSS GROSS GROSS. Monday is the day our stable guy strips stalls and puts new bedding in so I just do mine myself on Sunday Afternoon and he skips Cinny on Monday...saves him time, Cinny has stopped getting thrush every works. But the stable owner caught me and wants to charge me for stealing shavings now :(
