Barn building?

For my college class I have to come up with a barn proposal and present it. Its going to be really long and I thought I could get a start on it by looking up stables and stuff to "buy" I can buy any stable but have to make a profit in 5 years... I looked for over 3 hours today and couldn't find one I liked! So I called my dad and got a number for a construction guy he's friends with because he builds buildings! But Id rather do it online and get it priced online... Something I could choose where and how many stalls I can have, tack, feed, arena... ect. But I couldn't find any place anyone know of a website? I need prices and info on it. Im pretty much planning out my 'future' Business (barn, fencing, stalls, training, lessons, boarding, arena Ect!)
