Barn view, there are three stalls, all three need serious help. One is covered, the rest aren't. The two that aren't covered are now in construction and will be covered shortly!
Inside view of one of the stalls. As you can see the top pipe fell off... I have a ton of extra piping and am welding that back on in just a couple of weeks!
I haven't made up my mind what to do with this shed. It's nice and big, maybe a client tack room or feed room? Any thoughts? This is just a shot of the hallway lol
This is currently the fencing to the arena and is being torn down, we're putting in a temporary fence for a few months and once we have the barn finished, we'll move on and put in more permanent fencing here.
Two VERY sturdy hitching posts. As you can see they have no hitching plates yet, but they will in a couple weeks along with a collapsible saddle rack.
Last but not least my isle. Going to be filled with wood chips, the fencing to the RIGHT has already been fixed and straightened out. We're going to add a halter rack right there as well. To the LEFT (stalls) and missing piping will be welded, we're re painting the panels, shade and misters will be added to the roof shortly. And of course, tumble weed free ;) The gate straight ahead leads to the paddock.
I do plan on having boarders here, but not until the stalls and paddock have been completely fixed, the pasture has been irrigated again and the arena dirt is softer. Everything should be ready August 1st but we'll be continuing upgrade throughout the year.
By the way... we're just moving in. Will be completely moved in July 13th and that's where the serious makeover starts!
