Question Indoor riding arena/school

Hey guys,

I'm starting to save some money to buy a little piece of land. (It's going to take a while, but I'm saving nonetheless.)

In England, and this year in particular, it has been very wet. I've barely ridden due to no facilities and mud everywhere. When I finally get a little bit of land and get planning for a barn/indoor arena (I know, it's a long, arduous process, I'm not looking like a couple years, I'm looking longer than that.) I want to be able to have a decent arena.

What is the most affordable type of indoor arena/school to build. I've seen, a long time ago, like, temporary looking arenas, that are like metal poles and covered with a sort of canvas, kind of like the pic I've posted.

Are these more cost effective? They look pretty sturdy. Also, what is the proper name for them?

Or, should I just stick with traditional, wooden built?

Anyhow, thanks in advance guys
