Need ideas for a feeder

I need a feeder that can keep most of the rain and snow out, but still allows the horses to eat from it. Nothing huge, its to put vitamins & minerals in.
Either hang or fasten to a fence or building. Nothing on the ground that they can tip.
Thanks

Do you have an overhang on a barn or shed in the pasture? If it's large enough you can utilize it. Add a gutter and downspout draining the roof on that side with a cleverly placed water tank nearby and you've got free drinking water for the horses as well (tin roofs, no asphalt shingles, they shed tiny pebbles)

Thanks for the idea. That will work for one paddock.
I need more ideas please.
