Round Pen Foundation/Footing - Set up time

Hi, I just put in a round pen area. I used a liner (geo textile) for ground cover and drainage; I topped it with about 3" of screenings and then about 6" of sand. My question is... Do you know how long I should let it "set up" before using it? I heard that it needed to have a good rain and then some time for the screenings to get hard before itís used. Does anyone have any information on this?

I can't offer advice... but we just put in one too, and are researching footing, as we get a lot of rain here in NW Washington. So I'm subscribing!
