Okay, this place has a indoor arena barn, mega dome. The arena is only 80x80 and at times there as many as six people in there! That is if there is no wagons or round hay bales all around the arena so in the winter there is a 60x60. Your horse is keep in a 10 x 10 stall (or small tie stall) and if you have enough money it might get turn out in small over crowded pastures (there is no grass). They don't blanket your horse, have the farrier or vet in on a set amount (like every 6 weeks), there is no mats, very little bedding, one tap in a 40x80 barn session, no plug ins, no wash rack or grooming arena (you tie your horse in the arena. There is no tack room you leave you saddles and stuff on racks in the arena. For the lessons (there are only beginner, western pleasure lessons) there are three horses for 30 kids. The board is $600, no round pen, no outdoor arena. Suppose to be 20 stalls but only 12 right now.
There trails are a tractor plowed path around two acres.
And the barn manger can't deal with people useless it is one on one, she gets mad if there is a group, she is also the instructor. If you don't do her way she FREAKS! (I am trying not to make her sound to bad, but really dislikes me) I think that they would n't have problems finding a better one.
I am asking would you board here? I only reason why I ask is becasue it is a very close relative that opened it this year, I feel they forgot a few things when they made it, the reason why so many people are coming is becasue all the other stables are full. Thanks
