I've only had mine for a few months, but my brother has been using a Corriente almost identical to mine for years under a heavy load of ranch work and feedlot work. He's roped and drug 1500 lb+ cattle countless times over the years. Other than being a little worn and dirty in places you would expect a ranch saddle to be worn and dirty, it still looks like it did when he got it.

I would consider that dang good quality for the price.

I couldn't speak for the KO saddle though.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

My favorite custom saddle maker (local) Sharon highly recommends the Corriente. She said they are a great value for the money!

I've had mine about two and a half years..my sister has had hers about 6 months..They are great..I found out about them at the Cutting Horse Futurity in Augusta and sat in a few that I liked then I ordered mine..It has worked perfect for me, sits great..I haven't ever had to replace anything and the leather and quality of the saddle is great..I don't like the textan saddles or the alamo..the KO saddle is alot better quality than those..I don't have one complaint about the saddle..

That I would like to see as they do not look like any saddles Martha Josey has ever put her name on. I sent Josey Enterprises an email to ask about her endorsement of the KO Barrel Saddle. I will post my findings :)

My sister and I met her at NBHA World..I never said she signed on the KO company so rethink that..We met her and her husband and were in her rv with them talking and she signed our saddles..
