When I use to win money for barrel racing, I would go out and either spend it on my horse or if I didn't see anything I want/need for my horse, go out and spend it on myself. I would buy jeans and shirts for riding.

Call me crazy, but I want to look good while riding. It's not for anyone else, just to make myslef feel and look good. I feel it boost my confidence. But then again, that's coming from a girl who lacks some self esteem.

I'm REALLY picky about jeans, the way they look, move, and fit. I can usually only find reg. Jeans at one store, and that's Kohls. I have a favorite pair that I absolutely LOVE! I use these for anything, riding, etc.

I perfer when showing, to have flashier jeans. I like buying from Buckle and a local western apperal/tack store. (:

I'm super short and have short legs and a big ole booty, so jeans that fit they way I want them aren't plentiful. But, when I do find some, they look AMAZING!

So I found this VERY helpful link. Just got my new Circle y Barrel saddle with rough out leather seat jockeys....that combined with my levi's (standard sewn-in seam) ATE the inside/back of my knee (where the jockey ends). **PAIN**

I'm going to give the Q-baby's a whirl....website notes a smooth inner seam stitching. The levis are fantastic jeans, but definitely not for long rides!!

Boogie, I think you'll like them. I ride a roughout saddle and I've never had a single sore from my pants.

I have those and I barrel race in them! So comfy :)

Usually Miss Me's are the only cute western jeans I can find to fit me because I'm super short. I almost need a kids size.. Haha. But today I found a cute pair of Rock 47 jeans that fit great! So far, those are my two favorite brands.

i hate those holes! Happens to me all the time. It got to the point where I just buy second hand jeans to ride in everyday. And patches to keep my good jeans going strong!

It seems like when you get the perfect pair of jeans, they die the fastest

I really like the flashy jeans, and I see them everywhere. CFD! Better where sunglasses its so shiney

But i've always been worried that the bling on the butt would mess up my saddle seat. I always get used saddles from laramie to I try to get them to last as long as possible

I just bought a pair of those as well, love the fit, but I doubt I will ride in them.
