The only (famous) person I know of off hand in Minnesota would be Jane Melby. She's very busy hauling on the rodeo circuit, but she does do lessons and training when she can. Just stick her name in a search engine and her website will come up.

She might also be able to steer you to a trainer in a different part of the state if you need.

She did!?! She was just here for a "congrats" part for the NFR.

I know a girl, she's from Verndale MN. She is a pretty good barrel racer and trains her own horses and pretty sure she trains others, I know that's not in the southern part but let me know if your interested I could contact her.

Huh. Had no idea. Doesn't say anything on her blog either.

Well she should still be able to refer you to someone in Minnesota, as I am sure she has plenty of contacts!
