I believe you are wanting to buy some barrels, so that you can practice barrel racing with your horse?

Call around to gas stations or auto shops. Often they have empty metal or plastic 50-gallon barrels that they will sell pretty cheap, or sometimes even get rid of for free.

Craigslist, calling and asking businesses, asking family members if they have any they're willing to part with.

Yes, I meant where do you get barrels for barrel racing from.

I know I see the blue ones in lots of pictures, so there must be someplace that sells those. I have searched but haven't come up with any yet. I thought if I posted here in the barrel section someone might know or could post a link.

Thanks

Go to gas stations that have car washes my gpa gets them for free all the time! He makes barrel trains out of them. Go in ask them if they have any that they are willing to get rid of, most of the time you will have to wash out the remaining fluids but heck if you get them for cheap or free i wouldnt complain about cleaning them out!

Silly boys trucks are for cowgirls...unless you haul our horses for us

So these barrels are associated with car wash places? We don't really have a "gas" station here, but convenience stores that have gas pumps. We do however, have car wash places. So I could maybe go ask the car wash place, if that is the section they come from.

Yup. I got mine off Craigslist but like the others said, never hurts to ask around either.
