You have a really good seat, but you need to soften your hands and get off of her face. It's possible your over-correcting her.

Oh okay, thank you. I tend to get pretty hard handed when I work the pattern. My previous horse was by no means soft mouthed or anything so it developed a habit. I ride super soft handed and loose off the pattern it's just on the pattern so I'm going to have to start workin on that!
