Finally ready to start Roxy on barrels!

I have been preparing Roxy to start her barrel training. I believe she is ready!
I can now move each part of her body without her over reacting to my leg pressure. She is using her hind end to circle. She has perfected the spiral exercise, has learned to neck rein, though I can steer with just my legs. And she breezes, she is very fast. I am excited to get this horse on the pattern and getting some experience next year. She has come a long way from the scared horse that used to bolt and run like a crazy horse. I am so happy I decided to buy her.

Thanks! She can sure pull off the mohawk look, I love it and it keeps her cooler with no mane on her neck!

Roxy acted like she was on crack yesterday. So hyper. Once I finally got her to calm down, she did great walking around two barrels. She was really sensitive to my legs to set her up for the pocket and keep her butt engaged and shoulder up going around the barrel. My little girl is going to be great!
