that is just ridiculous! I'm glad Sherry and Stingray are okay but good Lord, you'd figure it was the NFR and the ground would be amazing..That's just not acceptable to me, they should know better.

*happy dance* I'm so glad Carlee got it together. I'm going to have to go stalk Youtube for the runs last night.

I'm not going to be able to watch it the rest of the week, it hurts my feelings.

Sherry said she is alright and will be riding tonight again, and that Stingray feels fine too. So happy.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

Yeah I saw that. George did pretty well, he's a nice horse.

They brought in some fresh dirt a couple years ago — obviously it didn't stay fresh.

NFR live scoring is here (defaults to bareback, easy enough to change): http://prorodeo.com/Leaderboard_Stan...spx?su=7&xu=BB

I am on my local PRCA rodeo committee, and every year a good group goes down to the NFR to sit in on meetings with the NFR production crew. We have our local meeting on Monday night, so I will be very interested to hear about the "inner workings" at the NFR, especially the ground!!

It is not enough to know how to ride; one must know how to fall.
