Do they run the 4D race on the same track that they do the WPRA rodeo?

If so = awesome!!! ..... so jealous!

I don't really have the urge to travel very far for rodeos (if the day ever comes where Red is good enough), but Pendelton is definitely on my bucket list. If Shotgun does what I want him to down the road, he may be the perfect fit because he's going to be a monster size of a horse!

Yep, we're running on the same track and they even put out the same barrels they use for the round up. I am SO stoked...I can't wait to see what Selena does, and I hope I can make this an annual thing that we do. We've proven ourselves locally and just need to get travelling now. She won't ever be a high caliber rodeo horse but I hope once she gets seasoned enough I can let my kid cousin run her at jr. Rodeo while I find myself something a little more competitive. She truly is a great horse though.

That will be so much fun! Good for you and Miss Weenie!

I second what dustbunny says, check out the saddle shop. It is nice.
Hamley's has a steakhouse too but the last time my hubby was up there for Lorenez's Bull Sale it wasn't very good and not worth the money. Now that I think about it, that was a couple of years ago, maybe it has gotten better?

I can't wait to see the pics!

Hahaha I took her out and ran her as long as I could on the safer, wider trails and she was like "Really Mom? REALLYY? THERE WAS GRASS LIKE, A MILE AGO. WHY DIDN'T WE STOP?"

she hates me so much, but she ran good and didn't seem too fatigued. Going to keep riding every day and try to keep pushing her.
