omg that must have been awful cant imagine anything worse than thinking your animal is hurt. Glad your okay!!

My horse's feet are as swift as rolling thunder, She carries me away from all my fears, And when the world threatens to fall asunder, Her mane is there to wipe away my tears.

Chiropractor was out this morning. He was amazing.

Nutmeg was out in his left shoulder and left Hip. Not out in his neck.......very very very surprisingly!!!....... but has a ton of swelling (which you can see) and is very stiff.

So after he adjusted his shoulder and hip, he did deep tissue massage. Nut was chewing and licking and thoroughly enjoying it! Head down, lower lip hanging. He was in his glory.

Nut is now able to turn his head almost all the way around, both sides. (I suspect he can go all the way around, but being typical Nut, just doesn't want to...) Which he was unable to do before. And his tailhead when he walked, would not sway to one side. After the adjustment, he was back to normal, moving much better and overall not such a grumpy butt.

So he still has swelling. We are still giving MSM in a double dose...(And he'll be on it from now on...just normal dosing for good health) and said iI could ride him starting tomorrow lightly. Which iI will not do. He needs time to loosen up and get over being sore. He said I can ride at the next show, the 21st, which...I may not even go. Its the last show of the year and iI just might be done for the year...not real sure yet.

he spent 45 minutes with Nut, adjustment/massage, drove to us, and only charged $75. And he came at 715 in the morning. So...wow. I really like this guy. Plus he's cute.

Nut is now out with the herd. Can move freely in the pasture so that should help his attitude. LoL. I swear he is a 2 year old little boy that got caught doing something naughty, but refuses to admit to it.

Yaaaaay. Glad he's doing better.

He sounds like my mare...she is absolutely IN LOVE with my chiropractor/equissage lady...she loves her spa time!

*Insert something witty*
