    I agree.

    To be honest, I don't care about the papers especially for a gelding. I'm also interested in the buckskin unregd mare.

    The question is whether or not it's possible I guess.

    I get the feeling reports were not filed. It's probably still possible if the owner is willing to do it.... Might even be worth covering the costs of getting them done.

    Just from reading those other links it sounds like other people have tried to talk them into filing the papers, and have offered to cover the costs... So sounds like they wouldn't be willing to do it.
