How hard can this barrel racing thing REALLY be?

Just sharing, just in case any of you ladies haven't seen this yet. I've been perusing my old youtube playlists again.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

ROFL!!! THAT is PRICELESS!

Conformation is how far the horse CAN go,
Mind is how far the horse WILL go,
Training is how far it DOES go.

The second guy though....

stringbean and chestnut pony can't get around the third barrel!

Awesome. I've got Chris to run my little sister's old mare once at an open show and he knocked down all three barrels.. That second guy is hilarious.

I think they said that the last guy did roping, so at least he's a rider. Made the other guys look like....well.....

The second rider was hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing.

Nice!

At least my fiance (not really a horse rider) doesn't tell me riding my barrel horse is "not that hard." He knows better!!

It is not enough to know how to ride; one must know how to fall.
