Look what I got!

I'm sooo excited!

I am finally getting weanie her new, custom-length whither strap...any normal size ones are too big, pony ones are too small...So I finally decided that custom fitted to her is the best way to go!

Isn't it pretty? I love it!

beau159, BarrelRacer67 and cless12 like this.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

I've been toying with actually getting a nice wither strap, instead of my old piece of leather I jimmy-rigged into a wither strap.

Love it!

And a nice reminder for you when you are running your pattern.

Why do you think I had her write on it for me Beau? Lol

I've wanted one like that for a long time but I needed to wait 'til I could pay for it. Us broke kids these days...lol

I was using a tie down as a whither strap for awhile, and my Mom uses a throatlatch, and it's just so much easier if you can just clip instead of having to rig the **** thing, lol.

Pretty!

But... what is the whither strap? O.o /clueless.

The sensitivity of the internet baffles me.

Oh, I know. I remember you saying that's what you were going to do.

I should get one for Red that says "Bend Him" since I always seem to forget to do that before the turn. Ol' Beau spoiled me and just did it himself and I didn't have to!!

It's the piece that goes over the whithers and keeps the breastcollar up :)

As you can see, her old one was wayyy too big...
