When they are diving in too early, I will genrally run them past the barrel and keep going around the arena rather than turning.

Or another alternative, let's say they are anticipation a right turn. Stop right next to the turning point and haunch turn to the left.

Oh, and I would suggest posting lol. Even going uphil you can still post.....Some trots are just terrible to sit xD

TELL ME ABOUT IT! When I go to clinics the instructor ask me to sit trot for about 10 seconds and feel bad and tell me not to the rest of the class unless riding without stirrups lol...

But thanks for everyones help so far, its really great and i'm writing everything down
