You can use what ever pad you feel is right for your horse- if you're wantin to use a neoprene pad and the saddle already don't slide around any- it definitely aint goin anywhere
For the horse with the lower set withers and bigger front end (bay tobiano) I would use a neoprene saddle pad- just because the saddle is a fqhb and still slides around on him- but I wouldnt ever double it up with any kinda other pad or blanket- if that didnt help definitely time to get your saddle looked at. (Get a different saddle)
