I actually have that purple saddle. Super comfy! I've never seen a pink one!

Okay so in addition to a better saddle, will a neoprene pad help keep the saddle in place?

I personally do not like neoprene pads.

I like Impact Gel or 5 Star pads. Spendy: yes. Worth it: yes! You get what you pay for.

But again: If your saddle does NOT fit, no matter what pad you put underneath it, your saddle STILL does not fit!!!

You wouldn't buy shoes that are too big, and just wear 3 pairs of socks to force them to fit, would you? NO!

It is not enough to know how to ride; one must know how to fall.

You can use what ever pad you feel is right for your horse- if youre wantin to use a neoprene pad and the saddle already dont slide around any- it definitely aint goin anywhere.. lol.

For the horse with the lower set withers and bigger front end (bay tobiano) i would use a neoprene saddle pad- just because the saddle is a fqhb and still slides around on him- but i wouldnt ever double it up with any kinda other pad or blanket- if that didnt help definitely time to get your saddle looked at. (Get a different saddle)
