    Rain needs to GO!

Ugh I am SO sick of the rain and gloomy weather! I would like to ride....but that won't be happening anytime soon because there is 6ft of mud and standing water....

All this weather means I am house bound....which means I am either watching netflix on my computer...or making videos with the Avid Studio trial I downloaded. Which also isn't good lol because I just keep making videos! I first did JJs 2012...then Scrats 2012....then one on the horses....and now I am working on Pollys. I.....CAN'T.....STOP!

So without further a do....and boredom films presents my latest two creations...for those that are to on the bored out of their gored wagon.

And a video of JJ and Polly feeling froggy! (not looking forward to riding any of the 3 lol)

Sorry for this random post...but like I said my boredom is on the run and getting away lol!

I feel your pain on the wet coast in Canada. It is disgusting outside, and the weather forecast says there is rain for two weeks straight. I hate the dark, grey and gloomy weather...gets me down.

Oh my Lord! Just rain, rain , rain. I know I won't be able to ride til after Thanksgiving. No dry days until the holiday, then out of town for a week. I will lose all my muscle tone! I hate that.

If it isn't riding, I am too lazy to excersize.

    Boo to rain as well.

I hated that when I lived outside of Portland for 3 years. Rain, rain, rain ...... I rode with some friends throughout those 3 years, but I also "leased" a horse for a couple months. Pretty much mostly indoor arena riding!

What I hate right now is this dark outside at 5:00 PM business. No more riding on weekdays. If Red was a little more trustworthy, I might try some night time riding (and he's come a loooong way, don't get me wrong, but not to that level yet!).

But I did finally get 3 beautiful sunshine days in a row (friday morning, saturday, and yesterday) to go for a quick snow trudge!

Ya.....the weather has been like this since we got back from Winnemucca in October! We have had about a week of sunshine....scattered throughout that time frame. Had a glimpse of blue sky and sun yesterday morning but do you think the black clouds would let that fly? Noooo was gone so fast lol! Then POURED rain all day.

It feels like we have moved to the coast! We live in the dry area of WA and normally get the occasional showers in the fall...but not monsoon rain season lol.

Everything is SO muddy now....ugh. *peeks out window* yep...it is black out and raining.

Also agree on the dark at 5 thing! It is almost dark at 4:30 here which I am SO not impressed with.

Rain is so miserable. I have to run out to the way back 40 to get Selena and Ruger from their outside pen at the barn. My trainer thinks its funny to see me flying under a jacket out there so I don't get wet. Then I get on Selena and pony Ruger and make a beeline back to the barn.

    Anywho. Covered arenas ftw.

Agreed on the rain! And I like the videos... I've never ridden western, but watching those just sparked a desire to really want to learn how to barrel race that I never knew I had! Haha.. I'm now thinking I should look into it, so thanks :)

Send it our way! Here in Kansas it's as dry as a bone. The ponds are lowest I've seen in forever, and hooves are cracking, and farmers losin their places. Send it all over here! Haha
