I used to have the same problem. I put the first barrel father ahead and a little into the center of the arena, it helped soo much. After I started this exersize, I took off 2 seconds of my regular time!!! The only problem is, you don't want to do this exersize to often, I did it about 1-2 times a week. It helps if you have a larger arena too.
