I just buy a couple Tough-1 blankets from my tack shop. They have lasted me years. I used their hoods too. I don't normally like Tough-1 products but these things have served me good so there's nothing to complain about here.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

Weatherbeeta's are the ones I use because they're harder for my horses to rip. They've lasted longer than any other brand I've tried.

I've had great success with Schneider's belly band blankets. Those are the only ones I really buy. They're great value for the money and have really lasted for me.

I like riders international, I think its dovers brand? A friend of mine has one. It does feel or look cheap like the Saxon or tough-1s and its lasted for years! I'd say its good quality for a good price!

I 3rd the schneiders blankets. I don't think they are expensive at all. I got 4 last fall, and they all look new. No rips, tears, holes anywhere. The durability is great, colors are great and Im very pleased.

And a fourth for schneiders. I have bought other brands and nothing has held up.like they have. I own 4 now, and my next buy will be another one. Fortunately.my aunt is a great blanket fixer - so hopefully I won't be buying another one for a bit. She has kept the Tough One, McAllister and other random brands in useable shape.

Another vote for Schneiders. Fits better than any blanket I've ever used and more durable, too!
