Wpra

Looking to become a new member of WPRA next year, 2014. Anybody interested in NC?

Its much easier to start things with a buddy and we could share travel expenses.

Honestly he seems to be great but I don't know yet if my horse will be up to it so I may be purchasing another one in the next couple years and then joining. The one I've got now needs a couple years in it first.
