Yes Rugey-roo needs it. He's look sexy in a matching set too.

Sorrel, off topic, are those boots the Classic Equine brand? How do you like them? Ive felt a pair and they seem sooooo much more bulky in the fetlock area then the Professional Choice boots.

Yes, those are the CE Legacy boots.

I use both CE and Pro Choice boots mainly. They are bulkier around the fetlock area, but I really like the feel they have. If the horse overreaches in those, no big deal. If he overreaches in the SMBs, I expect a hole to be there. I normally also do the CE bell boots (I like the bulletproof material they put on their boots) as well but that day was just doing basic stuff. They have held up a lot better than the Pro Choice boots too.

The downside for me if that yes, they are bulky and sometimes do fit a little weird. Generally speaking though they aren't hard to mess up when you put them on and even if it's a little crooked no big deal. I just feel like my horse is a lot safer in those boots than in the Pro Choice. I don't run Selena in those anymore though because she gets bound up in any thick boots, sometimes even the SMB II's I have are too much for her tiny little legs. It's really personal preference though.
