Yes they would/should fit most boots, I just haven't tried them on any boots because I sold them all. The only reason why the other ones didn't fit all boots were because two pairs where winter boots(and one was possibly men's) and a little wider.

Oki, let me measure my tall boots and I'll get back to ya! I also need to make sure that my shows don't specify what length I need

Yes they are ladies or at least they fit ladies boots. I was asking $5, the picture I have isn't a very good one, they look all rusty but they are not, it's been all removed.
