My 76 IH Scout II and my 94 Bronco. Bought the bronco when I was 15 for 700 bucks and I freaking love that thing. Tore it up on the weekends in highschool because it went well and was cheap, but then it just never died. Sporting an open diff (because I stripped pinion splines hooked up to a 90 Bronco) a rusted out Skyjacker 4 inch (I bought it new five years ago and you'd think it was 15) an self oil changing 302 (it burns it faster than I can put it in) etc etc. No I am just picking it is actually a great vehicle. That thing got the frame bent in 2 places, hit a guard rail because my boyfriend can't drive, and even sprinkled rust off when you hit the horn back in the day. I have a manual Tcase that I am too busy/lazy to put in, as well as a plastic gas tank because its leaking. Yes, the Bronco has been reduced to going to check the mail and on the horses, but most others would have hauled if for scrap by now. It has a E4OD tranny which is bucking when I go across the mountains; so she is limited to the valley :)
The Scout has a 345 and is a powerhouse. I didnt realize how much of them were made of Chrysler parts until I bought it. I have a passion for the scouts, willys, first gen broncos, and some weird ones like the Volvo sugga (not that I could get my hands on one) and the old Land Rovers. It has a lot of go for such a little truck. The truck bed conversion is great. Only thing it needs is floors - I havent decided if I want to be lazy and pop rivet new ones onto the existing lip, or do it right and borrow a welder (wooop wooop wooop).
