Modifications To Guns

Over the past couple of months, as I have an opportunity, I've been stopping at local gunshops to check out whatever .45 LCs they have in stock. I've been able to put my hands on a Ruger, Uberti, Beretta and another that I don't even remember what it was. Shop owners aren't too familiar with mounted shooting. As I understand, there are generally modifications that have to be made when you purchase an off the shelf model. Can anybody tell me what modifications have to be made? Thank You.

I have shot most of them and own a set of Cimerrons which I really like. They have a nice stock grip which works well for MS. I find it a bit small for shooting live rounds but the gun is very accurate which I like as I do more then just MS.

As for modifications. You do not really have to do anything if you do not want. Most will modify the triger some depending on the gun will also modify the hammer pull. Rugers are one that I would say yes to that cimerrons No they are too light as it is. You just have to get a set and shoot them.
