Reined Cow Horse

I'm trying to get started in reined cowhorse. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who's involved in it. How did you get started? Advice for rookies,etc. I'm also going to try to post a video of Banjo his second time working on a cow. You're welcome to critique us as well.

I have found that reiners make much much better reined cow horses then cutters do. They have a good handle they listen well and since most of what you do at the affiliate level is what a reiner is already doing they excel at is with very little additional training.
