This is my Dai, all 16.2hh of her. I don't know if she's has Spotted Draft in her, it was suggested to me once that she might (she's a grade). But she's definitely a pinto. :)
HI I had a Paint X Percheron mare. I bought her for my sons to use in Pony Club. She was an amazing horse. She could be a "packer" or take a rider over a 4' jump. My 7 year old neice trail rode her and could stop her just by thinking down. When my son's quit pony club, I sold Gypsy to my friend as she was too big for me. She just about split me in 2! I still get to see her and this summer she is going to a Thoroughbred stud to give me a foal.
I now have a grey Percheron cross gelding. I bought him for eventing. He has some issues related to his early training, but we are working through them and he is coming along well.
I also have a Percheron mare that I saved from the meat buyer at the auction. I really needed her like a whole in the head. It took me from April to August to teach her to pick her feet up!
There was a spotted draft gelding the same age as Aires from the same breeder that used to board at the same barn we do. They came down together on the truck from Canada. Petey was a handsome fella. Built a lot like your Luke, OP, just black and white.
