I wanted to thank everyone who has responded. I will not buy from Frontier.....I promise. Lol. On my way to MO the other day, my family and I came across a pretty good sized western tack store about 4 hours from home. We decided to use that store as a rest stop. Im really glad we did. We looked around for a bit, and ended up coming across a Big Horn Draft Cordura Saddle 296. It has an 8" gullet, and based on what you guys have said, it should fit Finn. The nice thing about this particular store is I can trailer his big butt up there and have the saddle tested for fit before I purchase it. Im really happy about that. Anyway, here in a couple of weeks I will be doing that. So, thank you again for helping me with my confusion.

If you would like a nice English saddle for your draft horse, visit www.hoofprintsonmyheart.com. They have Duett saddles which are specifically designed and manufactured for draft and hard to fit horses. They offer a generous trial period and lots of info on making sure your saddle fits your horse correctly.

This is my big girl and I have an Abetta that fits her just fine. I believe it is an 8" gullet.....

We have a draft saddle made by Colorado saddler. We tried a few others but they did not sit down on her because she was too wide. This one fits her and us. They sent the tree for us to try before they actually made it. It also came with a breast strap but that was too big and we haven't taken the time to adjust it since there are no hills here anyway. Here is a video of my son getting her trail ready for me. She's not had a lot of hours in the saddle but is doing wonderful.

For the english saddle - I have a wintec regular AP with interchangeable gullets - fits my growing Shire/Percheron, full grown Clydedale as well as a percheron/warmblood and percheron pinto-friesian all really well. Currently looking for a synthetic (leather's too heavy for me to hoise all the way up there!) draft saddle too for the husband. Good advice here!
