Here is my Belgian gelding, Sam. He is almost 3y/o and we rode in our new saddle for the first time today. I'm starting him bitless. He's still growing, right now he is 16.2h at the withers and is butt-high. I think he'll top out at 17h... He did wonderfully under saddle for the first time. We're taking it slow, but I hope to have him going well enough that we can do some group trail rides in the summer/fall.
