Well Im selling my quarter pony since I don't ride her all that much anymore and would like to see her go to a child that can grow up with her and have fun.
Well I got an email from someone saying that they like her but they are tight on money so they are trying to sell a warmblood they have, She's as sweet as can be and his to kids can ride her but he wants something smaller for them since she is 16 hands. Well.. I asked how he felt about a trade and he said that would work..
Well owning a Draft type horse has always ben my dream, and I "love" grey horses and she's grey!!..
Here is a little info on her-
16 hands, Very gentle. Was used as a trail horse in Kentucky while she was younger (so she's got trail experience)- She's a Percheron cross Im not sure with what.. Maybe Quarter horse TB- She has a smaller build to her.. smaller head and feet. She's fat right now.. but fat is better then being skinny! She's 13 years old..
Now I would "really" love to use her as an english horse.. but Im not sure if she would be up to it since she is 13.. I thought maybe since she's a little older and has only ben a trail horse she wouldn't do very good in the show ring. This is what I would like advice on.
