Question Finding a Quality Clydesdale

I am going to be looking soon to purchase a horse again and am wondering if anyone knows where I can find Clydesdales for sale other than the usual websites (ie., etc.) My last Clydesdale was a fluke find through a friend that I adopted. I'd love to get another one. I'm looking for one broke to ride, doesn't have to be show quality at all. I just love the breed and would love to own one again. Thanks!

It wouldn't be broken to ride, but some of the PMU ranches and rescues have registered Clydes for sale, usually yearlings.

I don't what your money spending is but the only place I would look at are breeding facilities directly in your area. If you use google, you will find lots of info there.

My advice is to look at EVERY option you have.
I recently purchased a Clyde mare that would have slipped through my fingers if I was just looking at breeders, not saying you shouldn't look there but don't focus your search on them.
Ride every one that fits what you are looking for, or what you think you are looking for. Times are hard so most people will jimmy their price down if they think you are suitable for the horse.
