Help with survey on use of blinders.

Hi,

I am doing a course on Equine Bahavior and a project on the use of blinders in racing and driving horses.

I have made up a quick survey that I am hoping some of you here could fill out for me. It's only 9 questions, all multiple choice (a couple with an option to add comments if you choose). I promise, it won't take up much of your time and would be a big help for my project.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Here is a link to the survey...
