Here is my Clydesdale, Jagger. He is registered, 8 years old, and 17hh. I just bought him in September out of the blue after finding him on EquineNow. He was only 1.5 hours away and I have dreamed of owning a Clydesdale... So I pretty much already had my decision made before I went to see him! He is thin... He will looks so great when he gets up to weight!

I hogged his mane because it was really poor... can't wait for it to grow back.

My full Clydesdale will be born in May, and will later be the replacement for my 14.2 hh, 800 pound mare. I think I am going from one end to the other in difference, considering the cylde is excepted to be 17hh to 18hh tall.

He is currently retired as my primary riding horse, and is "working" as a therapy horse at a Therapeutic riding center. I have had him since he was 4, so he will come back and live his days out with me when he can no longer "work".

    Here is "Frankie".
Gorgeous! That is a great use for an older gentle horse too! :)

THey absolutely LOVE him. He is like a big dog, and with his size they can use him for the Veterans, which is perfect.

The black horse is Tonka the Clydesdale that I leased and still ride before I bought the other horse (not a Clydesdale, but close!) Ares - A shire/percheron cross. I wouldn't trade either one for any other horse. They're amazing.

Here is my former horse, whom I miss dearly. 17hh Clydesdale/Thoroughbred and we competed in 3'6" Jumpers.

This is my 23 y.o. Clyde x Appy, Sam. Sam has played polo, shown in Hunter and English pleasure classes, has been in pony club, worked cattle and is now semi-retired as a pleasure / trail horse. He was never great at any one thing, but he is an awesome horse.

    Is she a pure-bred or a cross?

Here's one of my favourite photos of Bracken. Would love to get this printed on canvas!
