I can't believe I missed this thread, I have to get in on a bit of the action!
This is my girl Willow, a QH/Percheron cross that I've had for just over half a year, if my math is right (which is unlikely). She's tiny, at around 14.21-14.2hh, but definitely has that thicker Percheron build and general appearance. She has a total pony face, though, and an attitude that makes up for her little size. C:
First day I got her, probably around mid to late fall.<3
I took her for a stroll on one of the trails to get some pictures for a project I was doing, and she found everything very interesting. C;
This is the most recent, and you can almost see the dappling that comes in along her hinds with the loss of her winter coat!
Here is my big baby - hoping to get some more new shots this weekend, these were from two weeks ago when we went down to my coaches arena to lesson. The one thing I'm noticing about my clydes I've owned - they are all camera whores. They hear the click or shutter and its ear's forward and posing.
Relaxing on the grass.
And the two boys sharing the same blade of grass. Ignore the date code its incorrect. Although technically Ozzy isn't a half draft he's a full.
These photos are bad, because I got them off of an old post I made... from 2007!!
This is my first 1/2 arabian, 1/2 Schwarzwalder Fuchs, which is a German draft breed, very rare. I had 3 others, all full siblings, but lost one last year, and I am re-breeding the mare this weekend to replace her.
