Congrats!! He is super cute!! I don't have any suggestions myself, but I loved Scotch and Atlas, those fit him, I think. Can't wait to hear what you decide on!

You should write down or print out a whooole bunch of names, go out to him in pasture or in the stall and call them out one by one :P Whichever one he answers to.. is the right one!

Eitherway he's beautiful!

I think I FINALLY decided on a name!!!!

I have found the name Traum. It is German, and means Dream.

Bragging!

Ok, so I just wanted to post how well tonight went with Traum!!

We set out tonight first very patiently standing in the cross ties for a good half hour while I chit chatted with the BO's. Then hardly even flinched as I put the surgicle on him for the 1st time!

I do, though, have a problem and that is the leather reins don't give him enough release on his mouth. So off to fleet farm to get some rope.
So, then, I decided to try other things, one of which probably wasn't the brightest thing I have ever done. But strapped a pole for pole bending onto the surgicle and had Traum drag it. At 1 1/2 years old, and have had him just under a month, all he does? Cocks his ear at it and watches it for about 5 steps.

Here's some pics from tonight, forgive how bad they are, as the lighting isn't the greatest, and I used my phone. (need to start carrying a camera I guess!)

Well sorry for boring ya all!
Thanks for lookin!
