Little Buckaroo

I took this video today of my pony. Excuse his fatness. I've not been able to ride for a few months because of knee issues. I hoping to get riding again after I heal from my upcoming surgery next week and get him back into his manly shape!

He's been doing a really cool dressage type move where he'll jump up in the air and buck but I haven't been able to get that on video yet. And the little stinker can indeed go from a stand still right into a canter although my pea brain can't quite figure out how to cue him to do it when I ride!

You really trust your guy eh.

Beautiful horse Solon, I'm jealous. He's absolutely beautiful. Good luck with surgery, sending you good and happy vibes for a quick recovery. Looking forwards to seeing more photos of you guys. Always gorgeous to look at

Thanks for sharing! Our big pocket ponies are hard to get video of because they always want to be near you or check out whatever you've got!! Goodluck with the knee surgery. Since you ride bareback, hopefully you'll be up there soon :) I rode in my cast :)

Yep, I trust him. He's a good boy.

He's very fascinated with the camera, I'm not sure if he thinks it's something to eat or play with. Very hard to get pictures!

He is such a stunner. Why can't my guy travel like him? {:( LOL. Good luck with the surgery, I hope everything goes well.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/
