Mane Rolling?...Someone explain!

Hi all,
I really want to know how to roll a horses mane but the only video I can find is really bad quality and the woman does it really quickly. I figured someone in the draft section might know. Does anyone have a good video or an understandable description of how to do it?

Were you able to find directions, BC Drafts Under Saddle was suppose to have taped their rolling demo and was selling the cd's for very cheap to raise money for the club. If you weren't able to get some directions, I could see if my friend can video tape me doing Oz and send it to you.
