Wow! It's been a year??? You are either going to have one big boy on your hands or he's an early bloomer 'cause my colt was 14.3 at 11 mos. And is now almost 18 hands at almost 5 yrs. Old....... I love his roan coloring. What is he again? Perch?

I sure am hoping he's an early bloomer!

I actually think he's leveled off just a bit for now. He's nice and square- not butt high anymore.

You know, I'll never really know what he is (unless they figure out how to test for that- like they can with dogs). I just stick with the Perch/TB cross idea. That or "draft mutt"

Dana- I love your boy! I sure hope Peanut looks as good when he grows up. How's your daughter doing on him lately?

Wow, that is one big horse. He is a beauty and I love that roan coloring. I can't wait to see him all grown up. He has such a nice kind eye. :)

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/
