This bridle fit my percheron. Just get the oversized one, obviously. It's pretty cheap too, but I've shown in it and pinned, so it's pretty good.

You should be able to buy a nylon western bridle and adjust it to the loosest holes. You'll probably have to take the browband and throatlatch off like I did, though.

I love her face and markings!

Thanks. That bridle is pretty. I have a nylon one for my TB maybe I'll do a test fitting on her to see if it would fit.

Thanks mysandi, we love her =]

Wow, she's gorgeous. She has those perfect, classic Clydesdale markings. I was looking in the area for a Clydesdale too (I'm up near Savannah GA). Haven't found anything that struck me as what I'm looking for. I obviously didn't see her! ;) Hehe.

We snagged her out from under another lady who had came out to see her a few days before us.... I'll tell you one thing, money talks. If you find one you like, be sure you leave a down payment or a check for the full amount (which will be returned to you) and get a cashiers check to pay for him/her.
It helps when you and the horse bond right away like our mare and I did, the lady we bought her from saw that and knew that Evie had picked me =]

I washed her today, and used quick silver on her legs to get them whiter, it worked some, she will need a few more washes to get it completely white but it looks better already!

Although I did find some scratches on one of her fetlocks.... what will help?
I have Iodine and M-T-G in my tack box along with a bunch of wound stuff like Furazone and Corona.... will any of that work?
I don't have time to put anything on it today but her legs are clean, dry and I shaved the area where the scratches are. Tomorrow is my day to treat =]

Keep a blow dryer on hand and wash the feathering weekly! Especially in the winter, where you willhave to keep them braided up as well!

Braided up, eh? I've asked in the past how I can keep the feathers up durring the winter. The response I got was.... SHAVE THEM
No way. Lol. How do you braid them up? I'm getting my Clyde in 10 days.

Never heard of braiding, was just told to keep them dry or they freeze.
