I immediately thought Belgian as well. I can't see any of the ranginess of the clydesdale - you know there is just something about clydies you always know them when you see them! She doesn't have the very massive, short neck and sheer bulk density of the Suffolk Punch. If she is Percheron I would say a cross maybe.
