Question regarding fillie's "baby" teeth

Hi! I've got a question on baby teeth in my coming-three-year-old Percheron cross filly. She will be three in May and still has her baby teeth which I understand is not unusual. I am wondering approximatley how long it takes horses to finish getting their permanant teeth once they begin to come in? My filly was a rescue and was malnourished so I'm not sure if that will impact the timing of her permanant teeth or not.
